Eve Chabot was born in Drummondville in 1970, but lived in Montreal since 1988. After studying art (1993), music (piano) and 2D and 3D animation/multimedia design (2003), she began exploring for herself —consulting specialized magazines along the way—the possibilities offered by digital painting, while pursuing a career as a webmaster and web designer in Montreal.
She held her first exhibition in 2006, which featured digital works of a classic, figurative style influenced by romantic, Pre-Raphaelite and Renaissance painters under her chosen themes of: Fantasy, storytelling, wonderful and fantastic.
Most recently, she is more interested seriously in music “folk” and Celtic. She practices the Irish flute and participates in music sessions regularly to deepen his own experience. In addition, she made the purchase and take harp lessons and quickly, she tames discovers the directory and falls under the spell of the wealth of harmonic of the harp.
His imagination is working currently to join music to his illustrations is: as musical accompaniment or integrate sound and picture to make an animated painting. Finally, it summarizes his artistic approach as: “Create an Imaginary that delight the heart of mortals.”
